Nominations for the following positions on the ALATA Executive Council are now being accepted.

Vice President
Non Officer #1
Non Officer #3
President elect

Nominations should be made to the ALATA secretary Nomination period began on May 14, 2011 and will close on June 30, 2011.  Persons nominated for these positions
must have been a Certified/Licensed or Licensed Member of ALATA, Inc. for a minimum of two (2) years immediately prior to nomination.  Persons nominating should include their Alabama Athletic Trainer License number and their ALATA or NATA member number so membership standing can be confirmed.

The Executive Secretary of the Alabama Board of Athletic Trainers shall preside over all electionsVoting will begin July 1 and shall be completed by July 31, 2011 and election results announced to the membership by August 15th.  Election shall be by a majority popular vote.  Newly elected Executive Council Members will take office and begin their terms on the ALATA, Inc. Executive Council the following January 1st .
